Assessment processes require the assembly of data from various sources,
interpretation of the data using rules that vary from simple to very complex
and then the reporting of results. This site is a collection of some
solutions to these requirements. eAssess.org.uk will
supply software tools, support and consultancy advice to user organisations in
its chosen business segments.
Here are some examples
Education: many United Kingdom examination
specifications now include coursework assessment, and often these
need complex and time-consuming administration
Sport: tournament organisers require the processing
of large amounts of data in order to supply up-to-the-minute
positions
Project management: any project that
involves significant external acquisitions can require a proposal assessment
process. In some cases a formal process is required by law, and sometimes
the complexity of different requirements means that help is definitely needed

Current status - 2011
The latest specifications for PE Coursework have not been implemented into the
eAssess Coursework application. Coursework assessment is being reduced or
replaced in the UK GCSE examination system. We're currently looking at
other ways to use our intellectual property and software developments in this
area. We're also working on improved versions of some of our other
tools. The e-mail feedback facility has now been switched back on!
