Evaluation of software products - terms and conditions

Evaluation only
The customer must not attempt to use this software for  production purposes.  Report and data entry programs are restricted and may give inconsistent or incorrect results if they are used for this purpose without the entry of a valid user key.

If you wish to use the software for production purposes, you must purchase licence keys that are generated specifically for your school or college. 

Applicability
It is the customer's responsibility to judge whether or not the software meets his needs.  Future I S Consulting Limited has made no survey of the customer's requirements and Future I S Consulting Limited makes no warranty as to the suitability of the software for the customer's specific needs.  Future I S Consulting Limited may decline to accept any order.  

Licence activation
The software will be supplied with licence codes that are keyed to a user organisation named 'EVALUATION USER'. This allows access to a restricted set of functions. 

Intellectual property
Future I S Consulting Limited asserts its intellectual property rights to the design and implementation of its software product(s).  Customer must not redistribute or attempt to reverse-engineer the software.  

Support
No customer support is included with the Evaluation version.

Infrastructure
Customer must provide and maintain the necessary infrastructure including a suitable PC and its operating system as well as any network and server components.

Back-up of data, passwords and keys; liability for any losses 
Customer is responsible for back-up of all data and software.  It is recommended that the database files are installed on a server system that is backed up regularly.  Future I S Consulting Limited will not be responsible for lost data files, passwords or keys.  Any support required to recover such a loss will be chargeable.  In any case of lost work or fault in the software, the liability of Future I S Consulting Limited shall be strictly limited to the total sum paid by the customer for the product but excluding any service charges.

Microsoft™ components
No Microsoft products are supplied with this evaluation version of the software.  You must already have installed Microsoft Access 2000, Microsoft Office 2000 Professional Edition or above on your PC in order to use this evaluation software.

Obligations
This evaluation version is supplied without charge and confers no extra rights or obligations on Future I S Consulting Limited.  Future I S Consulting Limited retains the right to refuse an order for the full version.  fees and charges are due to be paid within 14 days of invoice date.  All goods remain the property of Future I S Consulting Limited until the related invoices are fully settled.
